GRAIN ROT Patch 1.13: Gamepad Fixes, Wardrobe Additions, and Quest Corrections
Source: Steam Community
Patch 1.13 has arrived for GRAIN ROT, bringing a mix of bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements. This update focuses heavily on refining the gamepad experience, correcting navigation and save file deletion issues that were affecting controller users.
Beyond the controls, the update introduces several welcome additions. The wardrobe now includes all cosmetics obtainable from room upgrades in Expedition, and small vessels have gained the ability to change their color patterns. Melee combat also received a tweak, with improved hitbox orientation for player weapons.
The patch also addresses a specific quest-related bug. Burning Grain Rot in the Deep Layers will no longer incorrectly complete the 'Kill It With Fire' quest. Additionally, players can now burn the upper floor Grain Rot even after that quest has been completed, allowing for continued exploration and cleanup.
